Description

Belvedere Golf Club, located in the summer resort town of Charlevoix, is one of Michigan's most historic golf venues.

Designed in 1925 by famed architect William Watson (Minikahda Club, Olympic Club, Harding Park, Olympia Fields, Interlachen, Seattle Golf Club, Salt Lake Golf Club, San Diego Golf Club etc.,) the Belvedere Golf Club has had the honor of hosting the Michigan Amateur Championship a record 40 times - most recently hosting the 103rd Michigan Amateur Championship in 2014.

Belvedere is tradition - rich with heritage & an experience unlike any other in northern Michigan.

At Belvedere, you too can enjoy playing where the legends of the game played. Legendary figures like Bobby Jones, Walter Hagen, Gene Sarazen, Tommy Armour, Sam Snead, Jock Hutchison, Horton Smith, Leo Diegel, Denny Shute as well as 20+ other "Major" golf champions have all competed at Belvedere Golf Club.

Belvedere Golf Club offers a golf experience that is different from most of today's modern courses. No GPS systems or beverage carts at Belvedere. Just generous fairways which lead to accessible open entrances to challenging green complexes, minimal walks between holes & a topography untouched by man-made machinery.

Belvedere plays to a par 72, 6950 yards and offers challenging par 3's and par 4's - with 5 pars that reward aggressive play with birdie & eagle opportunities.
