Description

The ture upnorth feel in the Heart of Mid Michigan. Tall Pine trees and fairways lush with trees all around. Greens are smooth and roll ture. We have the facility to host your event from 4 golfers all the way to 144.

Timber Ridge is an 18 hole, par 72 Championship Golf Course. Developed in 1988 by Jerry Mathews. Mr Mathew's developed Lansing resident's favorite public golf course and used the natural contours of the land and mature trees to provide a great test of golf. Timber Ridge Golf Club is full of breathtaking views, rolling hills, tall trees and undulated greens that roll smooth. With towering deciduous trees threatening every tee shot, Timber Ridge is a "Natural Challenge" for any type of golfer. Timber Ridge Golf Club has often been referred to as a "Woman Friendly" course. Our forward tees make the course just right for those looking for an enjoyable round!

Timber Ridge has a picturesque practice range and a rolling practice putting green. Players are urged to take advantage of the putting green before play to get used to the rolling terrain of these challenging smooth greens. The pro shop, located around the back of the building is loaded with golf's top brands to get you golf ready. We accept tee times up to 10 days in advance and we always try to accommodate walk-on tee times to the best of our ability. Tee times are always preferred to make sure you can play when you want.

From the East on 69: Head west towards Lansing and get off on the Bath / Webster road exit #92. Turn right onto webster road and take a left on to park lake road. Course will be down a couple miles on left side.
From West on 69: Heading towards flint get off on the Bath / Webster road exit #92. Turn left onto webster road and take a left on to park lake road. Course will be down a couple miles on left side.

From south : Get to Saginaw high way and turn north onto Park Lake Road

Lessons

Golf Instruction and Lessons

We have three instructors at Timber Ridge Golf Club, and can offer different teaching styles as well as teaching aides to help you learn. Greg the Head Golf Pro who has taught at PGA events as well as Walt Disney World. We also have two Assistant instructors, Janice who is an exceptional golfer and has won many events in Minnesota. She is great with ladies as well as the kids. Max has started the process to become a PGA pro and is excited to help all golfers grow and to teach new golfers and show them a great way to have fun on the golf course.
We offer children's clinics as well as adults and they range from the scratch golfer to the golfers just starting out.

Outing Information

We can host your outing with as few as 4 people and as many as 144.
If you have a charity outing we are the place to hold it. We have a program called the charity chip 100. The program will help you raise player fee donations by as much as 100% as well as other unique ways to raise more money.

Weddings

Wedding Information

For smaller, casual functions, the Vista Room, which comfortably accommodates 50 guests, is perfect. This is a great room for intimate occasions, such as family reunions, small weddings, graduations, business meetings, or community group meetings. The Vista Room has an amazing panoramic view of the golf course and an adjoining deck for indoor / outdoor private functions.

For larger, more formal events, you may prefer the fabulous Top of the Ridge. Many successful private and public Lansing events have been hosted in this grand space. The Top of the Ridge provides ample room for banquets, ceremonies, or business events up to 250 guests.
